Green Oil and Agroforestry Investments

Multi Crop Biofuel Investment

This multi-crop biofuel investment includes a basket of four green oils - Jatropha, palm oil, Millettia and Sweet Sorghum.  The type planted at the time of purchase is based on how to achieve the highest possible capital growth and revenue generation for your plot.

By implementing the correct programme, we can structure your investment criteria in line with your portfolio, to create either an auxiliary income stream now, stronger future capital growth within your pension or a mixture of both.

Low Entry Level - High Returns

Entry into this agro-forestry programme starts from as little as £5,000 with each investment offering a 45 year strategy. The Agroforestry Leases have assured returns 12% in the first two years, followed by a conservative annual return of 20% for the duration of the investment. Our green oil investments offer the power of compound through reinvestment, which clients can either exercise through choice, or by design within our Capital Builder Programme.

Investor Security

Security on investment is provided through Capital Purchase Agreements, with risk mitigated further as our green oil investments are full protected against issues such as force majeure (political, weather and agribusiness) for the life of the programme. Additionally, the land in which the trees are planted is held in trust by a registered UK Trust Company.

SIPP & SASS

Clients may invest in Cash, via a SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) or SASS (Small Self-Administered Scheme), meaning that if your current pension plans are not performing as you would hope, you could transfer all or part of them into this scheme. Our FSA regulated partners can facilitate this on your behalf
